This brand identity project was developed for a realtor branching off from a major firm to launch his own business. The goal was to create a strong, professional visual identity rooted in the personality and landscape of Colorado’s Front Range, where he would be focusing his efforts.

The client had a clear vision: incorporate the Colorado state flag’s colors and represent the mountainous Front Range — without falling into visual clichés. The challenge was finding a unique visual language that felt distinct, confident, and adaptable across multiple brand touchpoints.

Through a series of collaborative iterations, I developed a logo system that leveraged bold geometric forms and subtle negative space to create hierarchy and guide the viewer’s eye. The use of angular elements gave the logo a sense of upward movement and direction, while the carefully balanced color palette honored the client's request without overwhelming the design. I provided multiple logo formats optimized for different use cases, from business cards and brochures to web ads and signage.

The final identity gave the client a polished, trustworthy brand to launch his independent real estate business. He continues to use the branding today as a cornerstone of his marketing efforts, and the logo has helped establish a sense of professionalism and local connection in a competitive market.
